THUNDER BAY, ON, Nov 19, 2010 - Tulloch has been awarded a professional services contract by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO). A pre-engineering survey will be undertaken along highway 527 north of Thunder Bay, ON. Tulloch is pleased to provide existing highway corridor mapping along a 27km section of the Armstrong highway. Tulloch is excited to play a key part in this important program.
