Bow Lake Wind Farm Project

Great Lakes Environmental Services, a division of Tulloch Engineering, is in the process of obtaining environmental regulatory approvals for the Bow Lake Wind Farm Project Access Roads. Environmental investigations were performed in the fall of 2010 over a period of 5 weeks. A number of sensitive terrestrial and aquatic values were identified, including, bald eagles, northern goshawks, broad winged hawks, oval-leaved bilberry, and brook trout. Measures to ensure the protection of these values, as well as the environment in general, have been proposed through the MNR and MTO class EA processes.
