Carling Township, a 15 minute drive north of Parry Sound, is the site of a new proposed development for cottage goers. The former Inverlochy Lodge on the shore of Deep Bay of the Georgian Bay is slated to become a 22 unit vacant land condominium (cottage lots) with large tracts of common elements including beaches, boat docking and walking trails.

Ontario Land Surveyors at Tulloch Engineering are currently undertaking the survey and preparation of an LTCQ to LTC Plus Conversion Plan (formerly a “First Application for Registration under the Land Titles Act” plan), which is required before any development may occur.

Tulloch Engineering has also been requested to provide a proposal with respect to Road/Drainage/ Hydro specifications to satisfy the requirements of the Municipality. If successful, a team of professional engineers will be responsible for the preliminary civil engineering requirements of this proposed development.
