We are currently looking for an Ontario Land Surveyor, Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position to begin as soon as the successful candidate is found.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Function as project manager in all aspects of project delivery including bidding and proposal preparation, project setup, logistics, resource and technical planning and execution, along with billing

  • Project management for geodetic, cadastral, engineering and construction survey projects

  • Supervise field crews in the field and remotely from the office

  • Supervise drafting staff in the creation of both cadastral and engineering survey products

  • Calculating/checking parcel boundaries, construction layouts, control networks in a wide variety of markets aligned to our strategic plan

  • Client relations and business development

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Licensed Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS)

  • An aptitude for business development with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • Ability to work and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment

  • Understanding the use and application of both aerial mapping and LiDAR would be considered an asset

  • Ability to travel and complete site inspections and field work, as needed
